On November 4, 2022, the newly built automatic aluminum alloy crusher production line of Henan Hongxinghua Aluminum Co., Ltd. was put into operation successfully in China Civil Aluminum Mold Base. The power part of the crusher production line is a 900KW 10KV high voltage motor, and the power of the whole machine is 1300KW. The throughput of the equipment can reach 20 tons per hour. It is the largest aluminum alloy crushing equipment in China.
The whole production line is composed of material conveying equipment, aluminum alloy crusher, dust removal device, material sorting equipment and so on. It adopts the integrated treatment technology of crushing, sorting, impurity removal and dust removal, which can realize the separation of pure iron, copper, aluminum, plastic rubber and dust. Its control system is an advanced central information processing system based on the international mainstream brand Siemens 1500PLC, which can realize unmanned, informationized and secure remote one-click operation.
